Student Online Reporting
ONLINE REPORTING PROCEDURE FOR CONTINUING STUDENTS
- Open your browser and type the URL https://portal.kisumupoly.ac.ke (Note: make sure you type the address in full. Do not Search, because searching will only lead you to blogs)
- Once you have typed in FULL hit the Enter button, or for mobile and tablet users click the arrow ( ) button on your keypad.
- Tapping Enter button redirects you to the login page below
4. Type your admission number in capital letters including the slash, eg TKNP/C/25XX. Do this for both the username and password. Incase you had already changed your default password (TKNP/X/XXXX) you can proceed and enter the new secret password that you had set.
5. Click the Sign in button.
6. Once you sign in your dashboard appears as shown below. Click the three vertical dashes next to the kisumupoly logo on the top of the dashboard. The three dashes will reveal the hidden side menu.

8. Click on Admission
9. Then click on Reporting.
10. On the right side, Click on the blue button indicated ‘Report’ (this is just below your name on the page eg ‘Hi, Odhiambo’)
11. Once you click the Report button you will be taken to the next page showing a notice of ‘Allowed to report for session’. Once more click on the Report button to report.
To confirm your reporting status, go back to Admission and click on the Reporting. On the reporting history Check and confirm that the date Reported is current e.g 2/9/2024 12:00:00 PM
Alternatively, to confirm whether you have reported or not click the three (3) dashes to unhide the side Menu. Go to financials then click Fees. It will display the Fees Statement tab and the Fees Structure tab. Click on the Fees Statement tab and browse downwards to the current term. Check if you have a ‘STANDARD INVOICE’ description with the date of reporting. If there is no standard invoice for the particular current term then possibly you have not reported.
